Who Are We?
Cornerstone Support Services, LLC is a home and community-based agency that provides quality services and support in the Indianapolis area to individuals that suffer from substance abuse, mental illness, trauma and grief. Cornerstone also provides assistance to families through the Family Preservation Program. Cornerstone collaborates with DCS to offer home-based services and emergency shelter care. At Cornerstone, individuals on probation can receive drug testing and substance abuse counseling while individuals on parole can receive substance abuse and mental health counseling.
Founded in 2014 by Desmond Mathews and Sean Usher, Cornerstone’s mission was built on foundational principles that foster the inclusion of ALL people by supporting youth, adults and families in exploring possibilities, discovering opportunities, and achieving dreams.
SERVICES
Youth
Cornerstone provides preventative and crisis resources for youth ages 8-18.
Mental Health
Cornerstone conducts guided training and aid promoting individual and community well-being.
Family and Caregiving
Cornerstone delivers support to strengthen and conserve the family unit.
Recovery and Rehabilitation
Cornerstone helps restore independence for adults who have suffered from substance abuse and disorders.
