Who Are We?
Cornerstone Support Services, LLC is a home and community based agency providing quality services and support throughout the Indianapolis area to individuals experiencing substance use disorders, mental health challenges, trauma, and grief. Cornerstone also supports families through its Family Preservation Program and collaborates with the Department of Child Services to provide home based services and emergency shelter care.
In addition, Cornerstone works with individuals involved in the justice system. Individuals on probation may receive drug testing and substance use counseling, while individuals on parole may receive both substance use and mental health counseling.
Founded in 2014 by Desmond Mathews and Sean Usher, Cornerstone was built on foundational principles centered on inclusion and dignity for all. The organization’s mission is to support individuals of all ages including youth adults and families in exploring possibilities discovering opportunities and achieving their goals.
SERVICES
Youth
Cornerstone provides preventative and crisis resources for youth ages 8–18, including home based services, skill building, and stabilization support.
Mental Health
Cornerstone provides mental health services, training, and guided support that promote individual and community well-being.
Family and Caregiving
Cornerstone delivers family centered support designed to strengthen and preserve the family unit through home based services and caregiver support.
Recovery and Rehabilitation
Cornerstone supports adults in recovery from substance use disorders by promoting stability, independence, and long term well-being.
