Youth Direct Care Worker
Youth Direct Care Worker integrates Cornerstone Youth Services guiding principles by providing professional, client-centered guidance and support to young men between the ages of 10 and 17 years old who have been placed in the temporary custody of the Indiana Department of Child Services. Assists in developing and/or teaching daily living skills. Assists people with reaching personal goals, learning new skills and community integration.
Requirements: High school education. Dependability and reliability required. Must have effective communication and good decision-making skills. Must have dependable transportation, a current valid Indiana driver's license, car insurance. Must pass a comprehensive criminal background check and be at least 18 years of age.

Behavior Clinician
We are an expanding Behavioral Support provider seeking Level 2 Behavior Clinicians to join our team. Responsibilities include conducting functional assessments, developing and implementing BSP’s, training support staff on BSP’s & effective implementation strategies, promoting self-advocacy through a person centered approach, and tracking, analyzing and reporting data in accordance with CSS and state regulatory guidelines.
Requirements: Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, School Psychology or other applied health service area. Social Worker or Mental Health Counselor in accordance with IC 25-23-6. Minimum 2 years Behavior Support experience. Ability to work a flexible schedule to support the needs of the individuals.

Home-Based Therapist
Cornerstone Support Services LLC is looking for a full or part-time home-based therapist to work as an independent contractor. Our home-based therapist works with children and families with a history of domestic violence, abuse, and neglect. These are services offered to children and families who are involved with DCS. Interventions are designed to help remedy whatever issue led a family to the attention of DCS.
Requirements: Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or Marriage and Family Therapy. Current Indiana Licensure or License Eligible preferred. Must have a valid driver's license with valid auto insurance. Knowledge of working with children with abuse, neglect issues, and family dynamics and basic skills in family counseling
Location: Marion County, Vigo County, Lake County
Schedule: Full-Time/ Part-Time
