Home-Based Therapist

Independent Contractor | Full Time or Part Time

Cornerstone Support Services LLC is seeking a Home-Based Therapist to provide therapeutic services to children and families involved with the Indiana Department of Child Services. This role supports families impacted by domestic violence, abuse, neglect, trauma, and complex family dynamics.

The Home-Based Therapist delivers interventions that address the concerns leading to DCS involvement and promote family safety, stability, and long-term well-being.

Responsibilities

  • Provide home based therapy services to children and families

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

  • Address trauma, abuse, neglect, and family dynamics

  • Collaborate with DCS and internal team members

  • Complete documentation in accordance with agency and state requirements

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy

  • Indiana licensure or license eligible preferred

  • Valid driver’s license and auto insurance

  • Experience working with children and families impacted by trauma and abuse

Location: Marion County, Vigo County, Lake County

Behavior Clinician

Full Time or Part Time

We are an expanding behavioral support provider seeking Level 2 Behavior Clinicians to join our team. Responsibilities include conducting functional assessments, developing and implementing Behavior Support Plans (BSPs), training support staff on effective BSP implementation strategies, promoting self-advocacy through a person-centered approach, and tracking, analyzing, and reporting data in accordance with Cornerstone Support Services and state regulatory guidelines.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, School Psychology, or another applied health services field

  • Licensed Social Worker or Mental Health Counselor in accordance with IC 25-23-6

  • Minimum of two years of behavioral support experience

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to support individual needs

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Youth Direct Care Worker

Full Time or Part Time

The Youth Direct Care Worker integrates Cornerstone Youth Services guiding principles by providing professional, client centered support to young men ages 10–17 who are placed in the temporary custody of the Indiana Department of Child Services.

This role assists youth with developing daily living skills, working toward personal goals, learning new skills, and supporting positive community integration.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct care and supervision to youth in placement

  • Support daily living skills development

  • Assist youth with goal setting and skill building

  • Promote positive behavior and community integration

  • Maintain a safe and supportive environment

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Dependability and reliability

  • Effective communication and decision making skills

  • Reliable transportation with valid Indiana driver’s license and auto insurance

  • Must be at least 18 years of age

  • Ability to pass a comprehensive criminal background check
